I bought this Chromebook knowing it was at the end of support. Do not buy this if you are not willing for it to be useless within the year. It will get it's last update once you log in. Once websites need a later version of the Chrome browser than in that update, it will be useless. That said, for the next few months, this is essentially a disposable laptop.

Well-designed keyboard layout, and Chrome is an amazing OS. However, there is one odd "search" key where the capslock key belongs, which will cause trouble for touch typists. Also, I am not familiar with the OS, so there is a learning curve ahead for me. those quibbles aside, this is an absolutely solid value.
